About EH Walkers
EH Walkers is an international group created to support people aged 55+ in building a walking community with a shared purpose—walking for both personal well-being and charitable giving. Each quarter, participants will support a new charity selected by the EH Walkers team based on rigorous, evidence-driven research. The idea for this group comes from Charlie Bresler, who identifies as an "Effective Hedonist," hence the name EH Walkers. This philosophy embraces the idea that you can experience pleasure while doing good for others. Walking, a simple yet fulfilling activity, enhances physical health and mental well-being, while giving users the opportunity to participate in a community that contributes to meaningful causes.
